This includes, without limitation: the scripts you write; the stock footage and music the app sources on your behalf; the claims, opinions or statements in your videos; where and how you publish, share or monetize them; and your compliance with the rules of YouTube and every other platform and service you use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptToScreen, its operator and its makers accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for: any content you create or publish; any copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy or other claim; any platform strike, takedown, demonetization or account action; or any loss, damage, dispute, fine, penalty or legal proceeding arising from your videos, your use of the app, the third-party footage/music libraries, or the third-party AI services you connect. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any such claim. By purchasing and using ScriptToScreen, you accept this responsibility in full.
ScriptToScreen uses free third-party services that you connect (for AI and stock footage). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. You are responsible for ensuring the stock footage you use is permitted for your purpose; ScriptToScreen helps source clips but does not grant you rights to third-party content.
We work hard to make ScriptToScreen reliable, but it is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Your remedy if you're unhappy is the refund described in our Refund Policy.
We may release updates that add features or fix issues. Significant changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
